Over the last weekend my hearing once again took a nosedive. I would estimate my hearing at less than 10% on Sunday . I messaged the office asking to see Dr Walz yesterday. I also called the office at 8:30 and they said they had read my message and would check with Dr. Walz. The staff called back within a half an hour informing me of my 3:00 pm appointment . I arrived a few minutes early, was meeting with Dr. Walz before 3 and was treated, hearing and on my way by 3:30.
I believe Dr. Walz is a magician of ear care. I have had severe hearing difficulties for over five years and I’m so glad I found this office. And the office staff—-simply the best!

My 14 yo son and I were visiting from out of state when my son’s ear became infected (just 2 days before we were to fly home). Dr. Wilson was extremely thorough with the examination and treatment (which is what I expected from a specialist MD). He was spot on with the diagnosis and treatment. But Dr. Wilson went above and beyond what is expected of a Dr. The morning we were to fly, (and my anxiety was through the roof with worry!) Dr Wilson met us before his day started to assess my son’s ear and ensure my son was safe to fly. He did not have to do this. He went above and beyond. He is a gem.

Dr. Barton has taken care of both myself and my husband. He is a very caring doctor and checks everything , to make sure there are not problems going on in other areas that you weren’t aware of. Such as was in my case. Fantastic doctor and the whole practice!!

My 86 year old mother was treated surgically by Dr. Vanderwerf to close a scalp excision from a MOHS surgery the day prior. I can say that he and his staff, as well as the surgical center where the procedure was performed, was exceptional. He coordinated with the other doctors to make the whole process very seamless and most important, took extreme care and time to alleviate the worries that mother had. His expertise resulted in the procedure being done in a less invasive way than others had offered with the results being superior and quicker than I ever would have expected. His entire staff is very competent and kept us informed from the first visit until the morning of surgery. Many thanks!!

Have had some nasal, throat and ear problems. Saw the Nurse Practictioner, Kari who works at this facility. I found her professional, friendly, detailed, explained diseases, skilled and knowledgeable. She used the lighted tube through your nose to throat and found two things to be checked out I didn’t know I had. Office in Wright building, Eisenhower Medical Campus. Large, busy practice had to wait a few minutes but it was worth it. Office staff friendly no attitudes. I will continue seeing her for treatment. Always reliable a Nurse Practictioner!
